Catering
Lunch - Saturday and Sunday.
There will be a players lunch at the Rising Sun pub which is ten minutes walk from the course.

Dinner - Saturday Evening
Dinner and drinks at the Rising Sun pub.

Disc Golf
The disc golf course is open for practice from 08.00 on Saturday.

Day Pass Players
The course is available to play throughout the weekend. Day Pass players will be sharing the course with the tournament players.

08.30 - 09.30 Register at tournament HQ.

10.00 - Tournament Players Meeting - general announcements, the groups will be announced and course rules will be explained.
10.15 - Tournament - start of first round.
13.30 - 14.30 Lunch.
15.00 - 16.30 Disc Golf - start of next round.
16.30 - Free time...golf, DDC, footbag
19.30 - Players dinner at the Rising Sun public house (walking distance from the course).

Sunday 15th June
9.30 Players Meeting at tournament HQ
10.00 - 12.30 Disc Golf - 4th round.
12.30 - 13.30 Lunch.
13.30 - 14.00 Distance Competition
14.30 - 16.30 Disc Golf - start of last round.

Footbag
Kickers should aim to be there for 10.30.
The plan is to schedule two 2-hour indoor sessions in the sports hall on each day.
11.00-13.00 and 15.00-17.00
Net pitches will be marked out in front of the marquee.

If the grass is dry, players will have option to jam outside.

Double Disc Court
The DDC pitches will be set up all weekend. Players can play at anytime.
Suggest meeting at the outdoor marquee at 11am and 14.30 on both days.

Frisbee Freestyle
Suggest meeting at the outdoor marquee at 11am and 14.30 on both days.
If the weather is wet, the Freestylers can join up with the footbaggers in the sports hall.
