- Full payment must be received with your order.
- We accept credit card and debit cards through Paypal. Paypal is the
World's most popular online payment system and is preferred by Ebay.
- Debit and Visa cards accepted via Paypal are Visa, Master Card, Maestro,
Switch, Delta, Electron, Solo and Amex.
- We also receive payments by direct money transfer (bank 2 bank - UK
bank accounts only).
- A contract is not formed until the goods have been despatched.

We welcome orders from outside of the UK.
All prices are in UK Pounds.
Local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Discs may vary from colours shown on photographs.
Not all discs are the same - some are designed for throw and catch games,
whilst other discs, in particular certain disc golf discs are designed
for distance and are not suitable for catching. If you are looking for
a disc for a child/pre-teenager, the lighter discs are often better as
they are easier to throw and catch. If you are unsure about which disc
to choose, please drop us an email with your query.

- After we have received your order details and payment, UK customers
can normally expect delivery of their item(s) within 2-5 working days.
- Deliveries are normally sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Larger
orders may be sent by courier. Registered deliveries need to be signed
for on receipt.
- European delivery is usually within 7 days.
If we cannot fulfill or deliver your order within times
or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email
as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and
allow you to cancel your order if you wish.
Delivery Charges
The delivery cost is calculated automatically at the checkout according
to the number of items in your shopping basket.
Stock Availability
We try to keep the stock up to date on our web site, but
from time to time discrepancies can occur. If you have any queries please
email us. Unfortunately, we cannot ensure permanent availability of all
items, although we try our hardest. Some goods sell much better than we
predict. If something is out of stock, we'll always give you the best
information we can on anticipated delivery dates or alternatives.

Returns

You have the right to return your goods for a full refund within 7 working
days from the day after you receive the goods. Return postage must be
paid for by yourself and the goods must be unused and unopened. Your money
will be refunded within 30 days. Please email us first before you return
anything.. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Handling Complaints

We will handle any complaint in a fair, effective and confidential manner.
We not only try to respond to any complaint within five working days but
also to have it fully resolved.

Heights, Burghclere, Newbury, Berks RG20 9EZ. Discology's total liability
for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods
supplied by Discology to the customer, together with any postage costs
incurred. Discology shall not be liable for any consequential customer
loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other
way. Customers' statutory rights are not affected by this statement. Any
dispute to be heard in the English courts.
